Every Makita Tool is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving the factory and is guaranteed to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the period of ONE YEAR from the date of original purchase.

Should any trouble develop during this one year period, return the complete tool to an Authorised Service Agent. If the inspection shows the trouble is caused by defective workmanship or material it will be repaired WITHOUT CHARGE.

 The guarantee does not apply where :-

1. Repairs have been made or attempted by others.
2. Repairs are required because of normal wear and tear.
3. The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained.
4. Alterations have been made to the tool.
5. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
