Service:  All orders received before 4.00pm are dispatched for next-day delivery from our 30,000 sq ft distribution centre located in Park West. We offer 97% stock availability on stock items.

Product Knowledge:  Our team of expert customer service agents offer unparalleled product knowledge. 

After Sales Service:  Every powered product sold by Tucks is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving the factory and is guaranteed to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. However in the event of a problem, we offer a fast and effective repair service through our nationwide network of Authorised Service Agents.
